SENATE BILL NO. 192 am An Act relating to maintenance of                       
state marine vessels; and providing for an effective date was before

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate               
rescind its previous action in adopting Amendment No. 1. Senator               
Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to                 
withdraw his motion. Without objection, it was so ordered.                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3480. Without              
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 192(FIN) was adopted and                     
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
